MBCERT CoVID-19 MEDICAL RESPONSE TEAM & PARTNERS
MBCERT CoVID-19
MEDICAL RESPONSE TEAM
During the CoVID-19 outbreak, while most community activities have been temporarily halted, MBCERT (a.k.a. MBCERTA or simply CERT) is matching trained volunteers with seniors and medically compromised individuals who call the Hotline for assistance.

Grocery shopping and picking up prescriptions are only a couple of the essential errands MBCERT can help with.
MANHATTAN BEACH OLDER ADULT PROGRAM
The City has a robust Older Adult Program with numerous offerings to enrich the lives of Manhattan Beach's seniors.
Although most Older Adult Programs have been paused due to the coronavirus situation, the City has established a Hotline number for those in need. Calls are quickly dispatched to Manhattan Beach CERT or Rotary Club where a dedicated volunteer is assigned to help you.
BEACH CITIES HEALTH DISTRICT
A leading preventative health agency, Beach Cities Health District (BCHD) offers a wide range of healthy living programs and services.

Creating a healthy beach community in Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, and Redondo Beach cities, BCHD offers an extensive range of dynamic health and wellness programs for every lifespan - from pre-natal and children to families and older adults.
MANHATTAN BEACH ROTARY CLUB
Manhattan Beach Rotary Club's mission is to provide service to others, promote integrity, and advance world understanding, goodwill, and peace through our fellowship of business, professional, and community leaders.

Rotary has rallied 15 to 18 volunteers to run essential errands for Hotline callers.
